Nick is thorough, willing to answer any questions, flexible to get to a property on a quick turnaround, and provides a decent summary report of findings for the property. His photos make it easier for vendors to provide estimates for repairs. Have used him for 2 different properties at this point and he exceeded what we've been used to in other parts of the country.

They were very thorough, knowledgeable, and photographed everything. They explained issues well & supplied recommendations for any corrective measures needed. They were friendly & articulate. We were highly pleased with their work, confident in their assessments, & would definitely recommend them.

Nick and Town Home Inspections provided a thorough inspection of every part of our home pre purchase. Buying a home is nerve-racking, and Nick helped us feel confident in knowing just what to expect with our home. Thank you Nick!

Nick from Town Home Inspections was so incredibly thorough and helpful. Being first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and wanted to make sure that we were making the right decision with our purchase. Having Nick out there undoubtedly helped relieve any of our initial concerns, he provided us with a detailed report of items that came up during his inspection and took the time to explain each one of them to us after the inspection was complete.

The report outlines all items based on severity and he made sure to let us know which items needed immediate attention or otherwise could be taken care of by us after our purchase was complete. We felt confident with our decision and would recommend Nick to any of our friends or family!

Scheduling was super quick and easy. Nick answered all of our questions with kindness and professionalism. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Will definitely consider him again!

Very good and very thorough. We had a great experience with Town Home. Nick explained everything in detail for our new construction home and made sure to make note of all the things that needed to be repaired by the builder, including all cosmetic touch ups. Definitely would recommend Nick and Town Home!

Great inspector and a very comprehensive inspection that I felt confident with before I made a decision.
A home inspection is a non-invasive visual inspection of the property and most of its components. Your inspector will be evaluating the home for defects from the roof down to the foundation and most everything in between including all major systems. These include things like electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, and structural components, among other things.
Our advertised pricing is the base price for each service. The cost of inspection can vary depending on the size and location of the home, the age of the home, and if there are any ADU or outbuildings needing inspecting.
Absolutely. If you’re able to attend, your inspector can walk you through a high‑level summary of the findings at the end of the inspection. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and get clarification in real time. In fact, we encourage clients to be present—at least for the final portion—as it helps ensure clear communication and often reduces questions after you receive the full report.
It depends on the size, age, and type of property inspected. Typically, a home inspection takes 2.5 hours to complete an average sized single-family home (2,000 square feet). Condos are often completed in 1-2 hours as they are interior only inspections. Larger homes and/or older homes can take much longer.
Inspections must be paid for at the time of service. We take all forms of payment including cash, check, and credit card. Your inspector will have a card reader onsite. If you are not present for the inspection, we can send you a secure electronic invoice.
Within 24 hours of the inspection completed and payment made. Often your inspector has two inspections per day. Reports are done in the evening or before heading back out for the next day of inspections. Completing your contract and submitting payment can help to expedite this process.
With hundreds of inspections performed each year, we take the time needed to fully understand a property, so you can move forward with confidence.
