We never rush through your inspection. While others may offer only a quick, surface-level review, we take the time to perform a thorough visual assessment of the entire property. Nick is thorough, willing to answer any questions, flexible to get to a property on a quick turnaround, and provides a decent summary report of findings for the property. His photos make it easier for vendors to provide estimates for repairs. Have used him for 2 different properties at this point and he exceeded what we've been used to in other parts of the country.

Nick from Town Home Inspections was so incredibly thorough and helpful. Being first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and wanted to make sure that we were making the right decision with our purchase. Having Nick out there undoubtedly helped relieve any of our initial concerns, he provided us with a detailed report of items that came up during his inspection and took the time to explain each one of them to us after the inspection was complete.
