Nick is thorough, willing to answer any questions, flexible to get to a property on a quick turnaround, and provides a decent summary report of findings for the property. His photos make it easier for vendors to provide estimates for repairs. Have used him for 2 different properties at this point and he exceeded what we've been used to in other parts of the country.

Nick from Town Home Inspections was so incredibly thorough and helpful. Being first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and wanted to make sure that we were making the right decision with our purchase.
